1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Mom+ mobile app. Only individuals aged 18 and above may create accounts. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to register. Parents may input their child’s data (e.g., name, birthdate, gender) to use development tracking and health features.

Child info: Name, gender, birthdate, birth week
Health data: Weight, height, head circumference
Usage data: Milestones, notes, pill tracker
Payment: Via Atmos.uz (we do not store card data)
Device data: Model, OS, language
Crash logs and analytics: via Firebase
Push tokens: via OneSignal
AI Chat: Questions sent to OpenAI pseudonymously

6. Use of AI & Chat Logs

When you use our AI chat, your messages are processed by OpenAI in a pseudonymous manner. We do not send identifiable information. Chat logs may be stored for up to 90 days to enhance service quality.

7. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to send:

Developmental tips
Custom reminders
Subscription and billing information. You can control notifications via your device settings.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share minimal data with:

Firebase (Google LLC) – analytics & crash reporting
OpenAI – for generating AI chat responses
OneSignal – push notifications

All data transfers are encrypted via HTTPS.

9. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized staff may access it. We apply backups, monitoring, and security protocols regularly.

10. Data Retention

Active accounts: data is retained until you delete your account
Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days (backups purged in 90 days)
AI chat logs: retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.

Delete your account and data

12. Children’s Privacy

Our app is designed for adults. We do not allow children under 13 to create accounts. Parents may input child data solely for developmental tracking purposes. No data is collected directly from children.

All subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store as in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not collect or store your payment details. All billing is handled by the respective platform provider (Apple or Google).

Use of our services is governed by our Terms of Use, which include detailed information on subscription billing, renewals, cancellation rights, and user responsibilities.

15. Changes to This Policy
